              1) soak the cleaned engineering plastics in the softening solution for 4 hours, during which the temperature of the softening solution is 80 ℃, and the softening solution is made of the following components: 19 parts of tartaric acid, 6 parts of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, 11 parts of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 30 parts of sodium phosphate and 200 parts of water;

              (2) remove the softened liquid on the softened engineering plastics, and then put the engineering plastics into the plastic crusher. After the temperature of the plastic crusher is raised to 160 ℃, add 0.08 times the total weight of the engineering plastics into it immediately and grind it for 30min. During this period, the additive A is made of the following components: 1 part of sodium methacrylate, 16 parts of melamine cyanurate, 10 parts of polyglutaric imide and 3 parts of stabilizer;

              (3) raise the temperature of the plastic crusher to 260 ℃, immediately add additive B with the same amount as additive A to it, and react for 20min. During this period, additive B is made of the following components: 2 parts of polyethylene wax, 1 part of white wax, 15 parts of calcium carbonate and 10 parts of polysiloxane;

              (4) reduce the temperature of the plastic crusher to 200 ℃, and then add 3 times the amount of additive A to it. After reaction for 40min, extrude and granulation to prepare plastic particles. The additive C is made of the following components: 19 parts of chlorinated polyethylene, 15 parts of stearic acid and 6 parts of tetraethyl thiuram disulfide.

              Specifically, the above stabilizer is rare earth stabilizer xt-1.

              The granular plastic that can be made is processed continuously to make a hard sewage pipe. The granular plastic has good molding ability in the process of processing. The hard sewage pipe made has high strength and durability.

              II

              (1) soak the cleaned engineering plastics in the softening solution for 5 hours, during which the temperature of the softening solution is 85 ℃. The softening solution is made of the following components: 22 parts of tartaric acid, 7 parts of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, 15 parts of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 40 parts of sodium phosphate and 230 parts of water;

              (2) remove the softened liquid on the softened engineering plastics, and then put the engineering plastics into the plastic crusher. After the temperature of the plastic crusher is raised to 170 ℃, add 0.09 times the total weight of the engineering plastics into it immediately and grind it for 35min. The additive A is made of the following components: 2 parts of sodium methacrylate, 24 parts of melamine cyanurate, 13 parts of polyglutaric imide and 4 parts of stabilizer;

              (3) raise the temperature of the plastic crusher to 280 ℃, immediately add additive B equal to additive A to the plastic crusher and react for 25min. During this period, additive B is made of the following components: 3 parts of polyethylene wax, 2 parts of white wax, 17 parts of calcium carbonate and 13 parts of polysiloxane;

              (4) reduce the temperature of the plastic crusher to 210 ℃, and then add 4 times the amount of additive A to it. After the reaction for 45min, extrude and granulation to prepare plastic particles. The additive C is made of the following components: 23 parts of chlorinated polyethylene, 17 parts of stearic acid, and 8 parts of tetraethyl thiuram disulfide.

              Specifically, the above stabilizer is rare earth stabilizer xt-2.

              The granulated plastics that can be made are processed continuously to make oil barrels. The granulated plastics have superior processing performance. The oil barrels made are of high strength, non perishable and durable.

              (1) soak the cleaned engineering plastics in the softening solution for 6 hours, during which the temperature of the softening solution is 90 ℃. The softening solution is made of the following components: 26 parts of tartaric acid, 8 parts of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, 16 parts of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 50 parts of sodium phosphate and 250 parts of water;

              (2) remove the softening liquid on the softened engineering plastics, then put the engineering plastics into the plastic crusher, raise the temperature of the plastic crusher to 180 ℃, immediately put 0.10 times the total weight of the engineering plastics into it, and grind it for 40min. During this period, the additive A is made of the following components: 3 parts of sodium methacrylate, 26 parts of melamine cyanurate, 15 parts of polyglutaric imide and 5 parts of stabilizer;

              (3) raise the temperature of the plastic crusher to 290 ℃, immediately add additive B equal to additive A and react for 30min. During this period, additive B is made of the following components: 4 parts of polyethylene wax, 3 parts of white wax, 20 parts of calcium carbonate and 15 parts of polysiloxane;

              (4) reduce the temperature of the plastic crusher to 220 ℃, and then add 5 times of additive A to it. After reaction for 50min, extrude and granulation to prepare plastic particles. The additive C is made of the following components: 26 parts of chlorinated polyethylene, 19 parts of stearic acid and 10 parts of tetraethyl thiuram disulfide.

              Specifically, the above stabilizer is rare earth stabilizer xt-3.

              The granular plastic that can be made is processed continuously to make the sealing strip used for the car door. The granular plastic has superior processing performance. The sealing strip made has superior mechanical performance, good wear resistance and durability.
